Every single custom product listed on our platform—including flash stamps, corporate seals, personalized mugs, sublimation clocks, laser engraved pieces, resin art, and custom apparel—is structurally manufactured using your unique graphics, logos, or text.

• No Returns & No Exchanges: Because custom items cannot be re-stocked, wiped, or resold to another client, all sales are strictly final. We cannot offer returns or store credits due to a change of mind, buyer remorse, or formatting choices made during input.
• Design Accuracy: The customer bears absolute responsibility for providing clean logos, accurate spelling, correct formatting, and active links (e.g., Spotify scannable keys). Once production begins, changes cannot be retroactively applied.
• Font & Layout Autonomy: If a customer does not explicitly specify a text font style, placement, or layout orientation during design submission, our internal design team will select the most suitable professional layout. No replacements will be provided based on font stylistic preferences.
• Screen vs. Print Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in color tone, brightness, and contrast are completely normal due to natural differences between digital screen displays (RGB light) and physical manufacturing inks/substrates (CMYK/Sublimation). A 10% color variance will not be considered a manufacturing defect or grounds for replacement.

• Customer Image Copyright & Liability: By uploading images, logos, or copy designs, the customer certifies that they hold the legal rights or have explicit permission to use that intellectual property. AP Krafix accepts zero liability for trademark or copyright infringements arising from user-submitted files.
• Official Stamp & Seal Verification Rule: For official corporate, medical, legal, or government authority stamps, customers must upload a valid license, authorization letterhead, or official ID proof. AP Krafix reserves the right to instantly cancel any stamp order that looks suspicious or lacks verifiable legal authorization credentials.

Our operations are built for express fulfillment (especially local same-day express orders via Rapido).

• Standard E-Commerce Items: Cancellations or structural design changes are strictly prohibited once an online payment handles through our UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), card, or banking interfaces.
• Premium Craft & Specialized Orders: For long-form luxury items (such as 3D Moon Balls, Handmade Resin Frames, or Custom Neon Signs), configuration adjustments can only be requested via our official corporate WhatsApp channel within a maximum of 1 hour from receipt of payment.

While we deploy industrial-grade packaging for fragile substrates (like glass mugs, ceramic pieces, slate stones, and premium crystals), third-party shipping carries inherent risks.

1. Defect Reporting Window: Damaged deliveries or component shortages verified by a mandatory unboxing video must be submitted to our support team within 24 hours of delivery timestamp validation.
2. Fulfillment Remediation: Upon strict confirmation of structural shipping damage via video proof, allprinting.in will manufacture and dispatch a brand-new exact replica of the item free of cost. Cash refunds are unavailable.

• Baby & Couple Physical Hand Casting Services: Up to 30 working days (requires local doorstep impression coordination).

Visiting cards, business catalog printing, carbonless bill books, letterheads, and custom wedding cards/bags follow standard print proof timelines. Production schedules begin strictly after the customer signs off on the digital vector preview.

• Order Confirmation Updates: All final courier charges and transit fee breakdowns are dynamically calculated and updated directly on your official order confirmation based on package dimensions and final parcel weight.
• Hyper-Local Same-Day Express (Rapido): Available exclusively within our active service radius. Customers choosing this selection agree that the actual transit fees are payable directly to the delivery rider upon physical arrival.
• Office Pickup: Zero-cost collection can be performed at our physical facility during operational hours after receiving an “Order Ready for Collection” notification.

• We accept secure, immediate payments via instant UPI networks (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, and validated credit/debit cards.
